Abilities are special skills that were first added in Version 2.0. They allow the player to progress faster through the game by temporarily providing various boosts, such as automatically breaking blocks and increasing Picks collection.

In Version 2.0, there were 4 Abilities: Critical Strike Potion, Multiply Enchantment, TNT, and Drill. To upgrade an ability to the next level, it cost the current ability's level x 50 Runic.

As of Version 3.0, there are 17 Abilities, including modified versions of the four above. They are upgraded by obtaining enough Ability Points through Chests or Ender Chests, and spending Picks.

Version 4.14 added the Frost Aura Ability, increasing the total to 18.

Potion of Critical Strike[edit | edit source]

Potion of Critical Strike.png Temporarily increases Critical Strike chance.

The Potion of Critical Strike Ability is Common Ability. Drinking this potion grants a temporary increase to Critical Strike chance. It lasts for 30 seconds and has a 3 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases the percentage the Critical Strike chance is increased.

Enchantment Spell[edit | edit source]

Enchantment Spell.png Imbue the current block, causing it to drop more blocks when broken.

The Enchantment Spell Ability is a Common Ability. Casting this spell increases how many blocks the current block will drop. It has a 5 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases how many additional blocks will be gained.

TNT[edit | edit source]

TNT.png Throw TNT to instantly break a block.

The TNT Ability is a Common Ability, which instantly breaks one block per stick of TNT thrown. It has a 2 minute and 30 second cooldown. Upgrading it increases how many TNT sticks are thrown.

Drill[edit | edit source]

Drill.png Dig through blocks dealing sustained damage for a period of time.

The Drill Ability is a Common Ability, which will automatically dig through blocks. It has a 15 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases its duration.

Bucket[edit | edit source]

Bucket.png Scoop up liquids from biomes; use a filled bucket in another biome to discover new blocks.

The Bucket Ability is a Rare Ability, which can scoop up liquids such as Water in the Ocean, Lava in the Volcano, and Radiation in the Wasteland. This liquid can then be poured out onto different liquids to create other blocks. If used in a biome without liquid, a filled bucket will be emptied, and an empty bucket will do nothing. It has a 1 minute and 30 second cooldown after being successfully used. Upgrading it increases the amount of blocks created.

Reload[edit | edit source]

Reload.png Decreases the cooldown of the last used Ability.

The Reload Ability is a Rare Ability, which reduces the cooldown of the last Ability that was used. It has a 4 minute and 10 second cooldown. Upgrading it increases how much cooldown time it reduces.

Roll of the Block[edit | edit source]

Roll of the Block.png Transforms the next set of blocks into a random block.

The Roll of the Block Ability is a Common Ability. When used, it shows a roulette of blocks, and transforms a certain number of blocks into the block the roulette lands on. It has a 5 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases how many blocks it transforms.

Potion of Strength[edit | edit source]

The Potion of Strength Ability is a Rare Ability. Drinking this potion increases the strength of taps. It last for 30 seconds and has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases the percentage that strength is increased by.

Potion of PPS[edit | edit source]

The Potion of PPS Ability is a Rare Ability. Drinking this potion increases the rate of PPS gain. It lasts for 30 seconds and has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases the percentage that PPS is increased by.

Potion of Luck[edit | edit source]

Potion of Luck.png Temporarily increases Luck.

The Potion of Luck Ability is a Rare Ability. Drinking this potion grants a temporary increase to Luck, causing rare blocks to appear more often. It lasts for 30 seconds and has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases the value that Luck is increased by.

Snowball[edit | edit source]

Snowball (Ability).png Throw a Snowball to instantly defeat mobs.

The Snowball ability is a Rare Ability, which instantly defeats Mobs, and increases the amount of blocks they drop. It has a cooldown of 5 minutes. Upgrading it increases how many Mobs it hits, and how many additional blocks they drop.

Hot Potato[edit | edit source]

Hot Potato.png Summon a Potato! Tap the potato to grow the amount of damage done on impact.

The Hot Potato ability is an Epic Ability, which shifts the scene to a potato the player must quickly tap. It increases in size after a set amount of taps. At its maximum size, the potato bursts open. After the Ability's duration ends, the potato slams into the ground and breaks many blocks, scaling to the potato's size. It has an 8 minute and 20 second cooldown. Upgrading it increases the duration the player is allowed to tap for.

The Hot Potato swapped for a Bed Using this Ability in the Nether or The End swaps the potato sprite with a bed, referencing how beds in Minecraft explode in The Nether and The End.

Block Ankh[edit | edit source]

Block Ankh.png Transofrms the next set of blocks into a chosen discovered block.

The Block Ankh Ability is a Legendary Ability that displays three "discovered" blocks at random. The player then selects which one to transform the next set of blocks into. It has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases the amount of blocks transformed.

Teleport[edit | edit source]

The Teleport Ability is a Legendary Ability that temporarily teleports the player to the Aether, Herobrine's Lair, or the Wasteland biomes. It has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases its duration.

Anvil[edit | edit source]

Anvil.png Stackable block break that grows with each other Ability used.

The Anvil Ability is an Epic Ability that keeps a counter, which increases every time another Ability is used. When this Ability is used, it breaks as many blocks as its counter reads, and resets the counter. It has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases how much the counter increases by when another Ability is used.

When the counter is 500 or greater, a prompt appears asking if the player wants to use the ability, to prevent misclicks.

Ability Buffer[edit | edit source]

The Ability Buffer Ability is an Epic Ability that can only be found in Ender Chests. It increases the level of the next Ability used. It has a 2 minute and 30 second cooldown. Upgrading it increases how many levels the next Ability is buffed with.

Potion of Beyond[edit | edit source]

Potion of Beyond.png Temporarily increases all stats.
Can be found in Ender Chests

The Potion of Beyond Ability is a Legendary Ability that can only be found in Ender Chests. Drinking this potion temporarily increases Luck, Damage, PPS, and Critical Strike chance for 30 seconds. It has a 10 minute cooldown. Upgrading it increases how much the four stats are increased by.

Frost Aura[edit | edit source]

Frost Aura.png Grants Instant Block Break, All Minor Reload. Protects you from the hottest surface in the universe... probably useful later.

The Frost Aura Ability is a Legendary ability, which which was first introduced in Version 4.14.4 with the arrival of the 2018 Winter Event. When activated, it breaks blocks instantly for 10 seconds, and removes a little cooldown time from all other Abilities. It has a cooldown of 10 minutes. Upgrading it increases the amount of blocks broken and cooldown reduced.

Version 2.0 Abilities[edit | edit source]

Critical Strike Potion[edit | edit source]

Drinking the Critical Strike Potion grants a temporary increase to Critical Strike chance. The Ability last for 30 seconds, and has a 3 minute cooldown. It is unlocked alongside the Desert biome, and the upgrade to Level 2 is provided in a tutorial for free.

Multiply Enchantment[edit | edit source]

Casting the Multiply Enchantment on the current block multiplites he amount of blocks it drops. The Ability has a 5 minute cooldown, and cannot be used twice on the same block. It is unlocked alongside the Tundra biome.

TNT (2.0)[edit | edit source]

Throwing TNT instantly breaks one block per throw. The Ability has a 10 minute cooldown, and is unlocked alongside the Cave biome.

Drill (2.0)[edit | edit source]

Drill

The Drill will automatically dig through blocks. The Ability has a variable duration, a 20 minute cooldown, and is unlocked alongside the Nether biome. It is the only Ability with multiple sprites and names, and has one sprite and name per level.
