The Nuclear Waste is a block which can be obtained by scooping up Radiation from the Wasteland biome with the Bucket, and then using the Bucket in the Volcano biome or by scooping up Lava and emptying Bucket in Wasteland biome. It can also be purchased from the Wasteland's Block Select.
